Barefoot = color
woven geometry

http://barefootceylon.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Cloth-012.jpg

the colors are barefoot are fun!
inspired from local surroundings the sea, land around, flora, fauna..
there is almost always(no always always) a hint of blue

whether its the "book of love" with striped blue to green hue,
loving bought from Barefoot by my nieces
or my sunshine yellow kurta with a blue sliver at the "chankh"( side slit)

the cotton fabrics - its feel & colors surpasses most textiles I have seen
the fabric has a sheen & weight thats just lovely - like a soft starch or something

the shape of apparel could be more stylish

MUST BUY: one of the fitted kurtas in geometric colors
great stuff for gifting  - candles, cloth covered diaries, home accessories, coconut ladles, etc.
just appropriate in terms of thought & costs

Sarongs are beautious colors - in silk, cottons & sheers
( yes, I missed buying it)

notice the ventillator screen
